One of my favorite things in Fort Collins is exploring the food scene. There are countless amazing restaurants with diverse cuisine. I like to find my favorite spot for every craving.

Looking for the best place for a burger? I got you. Best brunch? Covered. Best Asian food? It can be hard to find in Fort Collins, Colorado.

Fort Collins has a reputation for not having a lot of great options when it comes to Asian food. I refuse to believe that to be true.

I Am Sure There Is Good Asian Food in Fort Collins


I do not mean to knock Asian restaurants in Fort Collins. I just haven't found the right place for me that can satisfy what I am looking for. I will admit I am a bit annoying, and I can be a bit of a food snob.

I have been on a mission to find a great Mongolian beef plate. My mission has been disappointing thus far.

Luckily, I found a Reddit post on r/FortCollins. The user is trying to find a new go-to restaurant because their favorite Asian cuisine, Hot Wok Cafe, was shut down last December.

The user asked where the best spots were. And boy, Reddit users in Fort Collins did not disappoint.
