It’s Official: Target Location Opening Near Denver International Airport
Traveling to and from Denver International Airport is becoming much more convenient. I am notorious for forgetting a thing or two before I head out of Colorado for a trip.
On my last vacation, I forgot a toothbrush and a stick of deodorant. I forgot a pair of swim trunks when I went on my first international trip to Mexico last year.
I know that I am not the only person who is forgetful when it comes to travel. When forgetful people like myself go on vacation, we often buy things at the airport.
New Target Opening By Denver International Airport
Airport prices are quite high, and buying goods at the airport is not always the most practical. However, Colorado residents are about to love this good news. A Target location will officially be opening by the airport.
There have been rumors in the past year that a Target location would be opening right by Denver International Airport.
It looks like those rumors are officially true.
According to Denverite, this Target is moving closer to opening. Target will not be the only store opening close to DIA. There will actually be a 150-acre development called Link 56 that will be constructed.
Two companies will come together and spend around $235 million to make this project a reality. It will be located at 56th Avenue and Tower Road.
About New Colorado Store
The Target store will take up 150,000 square feet of the development located at Green Valley Ranch.
There will also be townhomes, parks, and apartments built as well. There likely will not be any other stores like Target added to the area. However, it would be cool to see more stores open.
