The address 243 East 4th Street in Downtown Loveland has held more than a few things since 2013. In 2013, Jacki March opened Rabbask Designs; she closed that store in 2020. After that, Sweetheart City General, a general store and delicatessen went into the space but closed in the summer of 2021. An artisan market was in the space for a bit, but didn't make it either.
