One of Colorado's longest-running music festivals is the Taste of Fort Collins; with the 2026 event it was moved to late September. Modest Mouse will play on Saturday, September 26, and Lil Jon on Sunday, September 27.

Who Are the Local Acts Playing at Taste of Fort Collins 2926?

One of the things that I like about the Taste of Fort Collins, is how you don't have to stay all night to hear fun, live music. Local performers take the stage early and play through the day until the headliners are scheduled.

TASTE OF FORT COLLINS 2026 SATURDAY LINEUP:

  • 1:40 p.m. - The Crooked Rugs. The Crooked Rugs are a 5-piece rock band based out of Fort Collins. They played the Bluebird Theater for the first time in mid-August of 2026.
  • 3:30 p.m. - Badda Boom Brass BandBased out of Denver since 2015, Badda Boom Brass Band bills themselves as a band that "infuses the soul of New Orleans street music into an eclectic mix of hip hop, funk, party anthems and world music."
  • 5:20 p.m. - Slow Caves. Slow Caves, based out of Fort Collins, have built themselves up quite a following, dating back to 2016. They'll be taking the stage as part of the 2026 Boulder Roots Fest in August, prior to their Taste of Fort Collins gig.
